The college was established in 2001, as Nepal’s initial IT enabled school. Initially, Prime school introduced +2 Management (Intermediate Level), Bachelor of knowledge Management (Under Graduate Level) in 2001. the school then introduced the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in 2003.
